Current bylaws require a quorum of four members; it has been <br /> recommended that a bylaws change to require a majority of currently filled seats to constitute a quorum <br /> could alleviate future quorum concerns during periods of board vacancies. <br /> Article VII item 3 has been updated to reflect the recommendations from members at the January 181n, <br /> 2024 Board of Health meeting, as follows: <br /> Four(4)members of the Board of Health shall constitute a quorum for the dispatch of business.A <br /> majority of members of the Board of Health shall constitute a quorum in the event that any member <br /> seats at the time of the meeting are vacant. <br /> INTERACTION: <br /> n/a <br /> LEAD STAFF: <br /> Chelsey Loeffers, Director <br /> 53 <br />
