The firm's or team's qualifications, experience and ability performing the requested work as an <br />extension of county planning staff (50 points). <br />2. Detailed description of the firm's technology capabilities meeting modern mapping and outreach <br />support services (30 points). <br />3. Experience working in Kittitas County in the past five (5) years (20 points). <br />4. Experience working with state and federal regional staff in the past five (5) years (20 points). <br />5. Demonstrated experience working with Washington State Department of Commerce staff on <br />Growth Management compliance issues. (50 points). <br />Anticipated Dates <br />asks <br />March 8, 2024 <br />Deadline for SOQ submittals <br />March 22, 2024 <br />Selection of Firms to Interview <br />March 27, 2024 <br />Interviews and Reference Checks <br />April 2, 2024 <br />BOCC contract award <br />April 12, 2024 <br />Executed contract <br />The selection process shall be as follows: <br />• Submittals are reviewed and scored by the CDS selection committee. <br />• Selection of firms to interview may be waived if the selection committee decides to award to a <br />single firm based on review of the submittals. <br />• Firms will be selected to interview if the selection committee decides that interviews are <br />required.
