(50 points). <br />Anticipated Dates and Tasks <br />March 8, 2024 - Deadline for SOQ submittals <br />March 22, 2024 - Selection of Firms to Interview <br />March 27, 2024 - Interviews and Reference Checks <br />April 2, 2024 - BOCC contract award <br />April 12, 2024 - Executed contract <br />The selection process shall be as follows: <br />• Submittals are reviewed and scored by the CDS selection committee. <br />• Selection of firms to interview may be waived if the selection committee decides to award to a single firm based on <br />review of the submittals. <br />• Firms will be selected to interview if the selection committee decides that interviews are required. The specific <br />interview format will be provided to firms in advance of interviews. <br />• Board of County Commission authorized on -call task order contract award. <br />• The selected consultant will then enter into a Professional Services Consultant Agreement with the County. <br />• The CDS Director will negotiate a scope of work and fee with the selected consultant on a task order basis. <br />Kittitas County, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d4 and <br />Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, <br />Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby <br />notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, <br />disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response <br />to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration <br />for an award. <br />Kittitas County in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities <br />Act (ADA) commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, in all of its programs and activities. Insurance <br />requirements are included in that agreement.
