EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />1. Contractor shall properly receive, transport, recycle or dispose of all used waste oil <br />and antifreeze generated from households and Small Quantity Generators residing within <br />Kittitas County. This used waste oil and antifreeze will be received by the County at the <br />following locations throughout the County: <br />LOCATION ADDRESS <br />Cle Elum Transfer Station 50 # 5 Mine Rd Cle Elum, WA <br />Kittitas Solid Waste Office Parking Lot 925 Industrial Way Ellensburg WA <br />2. Contractor shall transport, recycle and/or dispose of the used waste oil in accordance <br />with local, state, and Federal laws and regulations, including, but not limited to 39 CFR <br />72.504, WAC 173-303. <br />3. The Contractor shall furnish the following information to the Kittitas County Solid <br />Waste Office, along with the invoice for payment: Name of facility serviced. Amount in <br />gallons, removed. Date of service. <br />4. The Contractor shall respond to service to the County owned oil tanks within 7 days <br />upon being contacted by the County Solid Waste Programs Department. <br />5. The Contractor shall empty the antifreeze tank at each County site once every other <br />month. <br />6. The Contractor shall furnish to the county, information in writing on the end destination <br />of oil and antifreeze removed, processed, or transferred by the Contractor. <br />7. Under no circumstances shall any of the oil or antifreeze removed from the Kittitas <br />County Solid Waste Facilities be disposed of unlawfully by the Contractor. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 14 of 19 <br />
