Agency shall pr,ovide in! County with sufiicient, saie, anO proper facilitieiand equipment for such inspection and free access to such facilities,

<br />g' Agency understands and acknowledges that Agency is solety responsible for its own reporting andaccounting of all state, federal, social security, and localtaxesl of every nature, arising from ndncy;upeformance of this Agreement, All compensation received by the Rgency will be-reportejto t'nelnternal Revenue Service at the end of the calendaryear in accoid with t[e adptilanre IRS regulations.
