GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Scope of Contractor's Services: Contractoi@Countyservicesandanymaterialssetforthintheproject narrative identified in Exhibit "A" during the Agreement period. No material, labor, or faciliiieswill be furnished by the County, unless othenruise provided for in the Agreement. 2. Performance of Work: c-ontractor shall periorm work in accordance with, and shall comply with, all of the provisions of this Agreement. All work shall comply with applicable codes and ordinances. 3. Schedule of Performance: Unless directed othenruise by the County, Contractor shall perform the work in accordancewith any schedules made a part of this Agreement. 4. Where required, the County shall, upon receipt of appropriate documentation, compensatethe Contractor, no more often than monthly, ftrrough the County voucher system, for thecontractor's service pursuant to the fee schedute set forth in Exhibit ,,8,,.
