RECIpIENT willtmck facilities monitored and include the infcr.tation in quarterly progress reports, including uploading a copy of inspectio'rsports conducted in the quarter. <br />New solid waste perntit applications and notices of exemption conside|ed during the grant period for.facilities not listed may bemanaged under this agreen'lent. e " - o--"w rYr rvu r <br />. <br />Facility information; A list of facilities and th:ir pe'nit status is located in the uploads form on the Application Menu page inEAGL. <br />Activity - solid waste Investigation, Assistan,:e, Errfor.cement <br />RECIPIENT will investigate and resolve solic waste related complaints and concerns, offcr technical assistance about solidwaste regulations and how to pl'event violations, provicle public cducation about proper.handling and disposal rnethods andhow to pl'event violations, assist in the proper handling ofabandoned or illegaily storedjunk or nuisance vehicles, and enforceas necessaly' RECIPIENT will review cxisting local codes and otdinances and make necessary revisiors and add enforcementmeasures to aid in compliance as necessary. <br />This task includes developnlent arrd distribution of prornotional materiars to encourage compliance.
