Appeals of the Director's decision will be trought in the Supeliol Court of Thr"u'ston County. Review of the Director's decisionwill not be taken to Envir.onmental and Land Use Hearings Office. Pending final decision of a dispute, the RECIPIENT agrees to ploceed diligently with the pelfolnrance of thisAgreement and in acaordance with the decision rendered.
