The assessment determines the RECIpIENT r.eporling level requiredthloughout the biennium, If RECIPIENT adrninistrative perfo*ance or changes in pr.oject circumstances tr.igger areassessment' RECIPIENT will be notifiei of any changes to adrninistrative requirements. RECIPIENT shall update the spending Plar and outcomes Data collection form at least quarterly, The Spending plau andoutcomes Data collection form urust be cc'mpleted concurrent with the subrnittar of each payment Request/progress Report.RECIPIENT shall report outcolnes in a nra-'rner consistent with instructions in the Local solid waste Financial Assistanceguidelines. RECIPIENT must submit within thirry (30' days after the expiration date of this Agreernent, all financial (including paylnentrequests)' perfonnance, and other report.s requit'ed by this Agreernent. ECoLoGy shall have the right to deny reimbursementof payment requests received after.this date.
