The evaluation system must have both a euality Assuranceand a Quality lmprovement component, and both must include objective meisures. The objectivemeasures at a minimum will include performance indicators, by aiuity, th;iftuJ; the number ofnew jobs; job loss and reasons for job loss; the percentage emptoyed earning rNirrr wage orbetter; and the average number of <br />-hours <br />worked. When data is submitted and rejected due toerrors or an error is later identified, the County will correct and resubmit the data riritnin tf irty 1eO;days. <br />r' Review and respond the AWA "Work List" items within 5 working days including Referrals andpending Authorization. <br />s' Review the AWA "Ticklers" Planned Rate tab and update the planned rate within 5 working daysafter the Planned Rate start date. <br />t.
