Duties of a CMAP Trainer <br />Counties will ensure that the Trainers perform the duties outlined below: <br />A. Train at the CMAP Academy twice yearly, online and/or in person. <br />B. Train Juvenile Probation Counselors (JPCs) and Quality Assurance <br />Specialists (QASs) throughout the state as needed. <br />C. Prepare for training and academy as needed. <br />D. Certify JPCs in the CMAP stages and QASs for their certifications. <br />E. Be a mentor and coach to QASs. <br />F. Attend meetings with the CMAP Coordinator as scheduled. <br />G.
