The Lick Creek Culvert <br />Replacement Project is a fish passage improvement project that the Washington Department of <br />Fish and Wildlife identified as a partial barrier (site ID 660008) in an assessment performed in <br />April 2015. <br />Kittitas County, as a sponsor of this project, approves of its submittal as a Fish Habitat <br />Enhancement Project.
