<br />12/19/2023 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT RAPID FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, LLC (RAPID) SUPERIOR COURT <br /> <br />Acknowledge a Disbursements Agreement for Card Issuance between Rapid <br />Financial Solutions, LLC (“Rapid”), owned by Tyler Technologies, Inc. <br />with the Kittitas County Superior Court, for Prepaid Debit Cards to <br />Juror’s. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2023-228 WA STATE PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2023-228, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement <br />between the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission and <br />Kittitas County, Washington, for Boating Safety and Education Services, <br />through September 30, 2024. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT SCHUKNECHT’S POLYGRAPH SERVICE SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Schuknecht’s Polygraph Services, to provide polygraph examinations, <br />conducting interviews and polygraph examinations of applicants, and <br />preparing and conveying reports of polygraph findings to the Kittitas <br />County Sheriff’s office, at a rate of $200.00 per examination performed, <br />from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2026. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT DAY WIRELESS SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Day Wireless, to provide installation services, and maintain the <br />specialized equipment of the Sheriff’s Office vehicles, from January 1, <br />2024, through December 31, 2024. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT ALLPAID, INC.
