Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING RECYCLING & YARD WASTE SERVICE LEVEL SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />At approximately 2:17 p.m. CHAIRMAN WRIGHT opened a Public Hearing <br />to consider revisions to Kittitas County Code Title 8.21 Recycling <br />and Yard Waste Service Level. <br /> <br />PATTI STACEY, FACILITIES DIRECTOR reviewed a Staff Report on a <br />proposed Ordinance that included revisions to Kittitas County Code <br />Title 8.21 Recycling and Yard Waste Service Level, and recommended <br />approval. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE IN ATTENDANCE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC <br />PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 2023-008 RECYCLING & YARD WASTE SERVICE LEVEL SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH moved to approve Ordinance No. 2023-008, <br />Revisions to Kittitas County Code Title 8.21 Recycling and Yard <br />Waste Service Level. COMMISISONER OSIADACZ seconded. Motion carried <br />3-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING CLERF LEASE PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At approximately 2:20 p.m. CHAIRMAN WRIGHT opened a Public Hearing <br />to consider a Lease with Jack and Jan Clerf for property located at <br />the Kittitas County Airport, Bowers Field. <br /> <br />JOSH FREDRICKSON, ENGINEER, provided a Staff Report and reviewed a <br />proposed Lease with Jack and Jan Clerf for property located at the <br />Kittitas County Airport, Bowers Field, at a rate of $0.16 per square <br />foot, and would be for a fifteen (15) year period ending on <br />September 1, 2028. <br /> <br />THOSE PRESENT & TESTIFYING: JACK CLERF requested Boards approval of <br />the proposed Lease. THERE BEING NO OTHERS REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE <br />PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2023-225 CLERF LEASE PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH moved to approve Resolution No. 2023-225, <br />Authorizing a Lease for Property at Bowers Field, with Jack and Jan <br />Clerf, for a private hangar located within the Aeronautical Area on <br />Lot H-18. COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
