Boating Accident Reports Required, Timeline to Submission: AGENCy agrees to submit accident reports to STATE PARKS (in compliance with RCW 794.60,200, RCW 794.60.220 andWAC 352-70) as follows: ' fo_t "!y boating accident resulting in a deaih, or in an injury requiring hospitalization, AGENCY agrees to:o Notify STATE PARKS within 48 hours of becoming alvare of the incident.o Fill out and submit a complete Boating Accident lnvestigation Report (BAIR * form number A-428) within ten days of the occurrence.c lnclude the results of any other investigation conducted by the agency, including but not limited to statements from witnesses or any party invokel, photos, maps, or additional information.o Submit, within one week of completion, any coroner's reports concerning the death of any person resulting from the boating accident. ' ln addition to the requirements above, for any boating accident resulting in a death, or in an injury requiring hospitalization, OR damage to any vessel or propert! of fuo thousand dollars or more, OR Er vessel is a complete loss, OR a person disappears from the vessel under circumstances that indicate death, AGENCY agrees to submit a Boating fgci{9nt Report (BAR - Form number A-440) wiihin 10 dayJ of the occurrence to STATE PARKS. Boater Assistance: AGENCY agrees to create and maintain the ability to respond, or coordinate response to, boating emergencies that occur within AGENCY's jurisdiction and document each occurrence and report it to STATE PARKS through the Summary of Activity Report (SOAR) Web Form as prescribed in this agreement.
