<br />RESOLUTIONS 1/10TH OF 1% MH & CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY TAX PUBLIC HEALTH
<br />
<br />Approve the following:
<br />
<br />Resolution No. 2023-212, to Fund Central Washington University through
<br />1/10th of 1% Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax, in the amount of
<br />$333,992.00, to support the mental health of rural youth in Kittitas
<br />County from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025.
<br />
<br />Resolution No. 2023-213, to Fund Community Builders 1/10th of 1% Mental
<br />Health and Chemical Dependency Tax, in the amount of $250,000.00, to
<br />maintain and expand the youth program in Upper Kittitas County from
<br />January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025.
<br />
<br />Resolution No. 2023-214, to Fund Comprehensive Healthcare through 1/10th
<br />of 1% Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax, in the amount of
<br />$395,394.76, to provide two full-time crisis case managers at the
<br />Kittitas Valley Hospital to respond in person and crisis and non-crisis
<br />behavioral health referrals, provide crisis triage, safety planning and
<br />referral services from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025.
<br />
<br />Resolution No. 2023-215, to Fund the Kittitas County Jail through 1/10th
<br />of 1% Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax, in the amount of
<br />$378,950.00, to hire a qualified practitioner to provide behavioral
<br />health related medical assessment, treatment, prevention and follow up
<br />to those incarcerated in the Kittitas County jail from January 1, 2024,
<br />through December 31, 2025.

<br />SET PUBLIC HEARING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 2024-2029 CDS
<br />
<br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider adoption of the Capital
<br />Improvement Program for the Planning Period 2024-2029, to be held on
<br />Tuesday December 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium,
<br />Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Ave. Ellensburg, WA and
<br />to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice.

<br />SET PUBLIC HEARING LEASE – CLERF PUBLIC WORKS
<br />
<br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider a Lease with Jack and Jan
<br />Clerf for property located at the Kittitas County Airport, Bowers Field,
<br />to be held on Tuesday December 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the
<br />Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West
<br />5th Ave. Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said
<br />notice.
