Sec. 4. A new section_ is added to chapter 46.04 <br />RCW to read as follows: <br />"Smokey Bear license plates" means special license plates issued <br />under RCW 46.18.200 that display the Name, image, and likeness of <br />Smokey Bear promoting wildfire prevention and the state department <br />of natural resources' wildland wildfire program. <br />NEW SECTION.
