Permits and approvals will not be issued by the County until a valid permit <br />or agreement from the other agencies is received by the Department of Public Works. <br />D. The applicant shall be responsible for identifying, coordinating with, and <br />obtaining permits and approvals from the other agencies involved. The County will <br />coordinate with other agencies as needed and at the discretion of the County. <br />E. The other agencies shall be responsible for the issuance of permits, <br />approvals, and inspections of their facilities. <br />Possible examples include, but are not limited to, developments located within UGAs, <br />developments accessed by State highways or Forest Service easements, developments affected <br />by irrigation district easements or facilities, or developments affected by utility easements or <br />rights-of-way. The list of typical joint review agencies below is provided for convenience. This is <br />not a complete list of agencies and the applicant shall be responsible to identify and coordinate <br />with all affected agencies. <br /> <br />A. Cities: <br />1. City of Ellensburg (water, sewer, stormwater, power, natural gas, telecom) See <br />12.07(c). <br /> <br />12.01.130 Variances and Appeals. <br />These standards provide guidance for expected practice under typical conditions, however, they <br />are not intended to limit innovation or the introduction of alternative solutions to adverse or <br />unusual conditions. Variances from these Standards may be granted by the Road Variance <br />Committee, comprised of the Public Works Director, Fire Marshal, or designees, and one citizen <br />appointed by the BOCC.
