2023 Docket Enabling Ordinance December 19, 2023 <br />Page 40 <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit G: Docket Item 23-07 <br /> <br />KCC Title 17.92.010 Temporary Permits <br /> <br />17.92.010 Temporary permits. <br />The county planner, upon receiving a properly filed application, may approve temporary permits, valid <br />for a period of not more than one year, a maximum extension of up to (2) two years may be permitted <br />for certain uses after issuance, for structures or uses which do not conform to this title, which are of a <br />temporary nature such as: <br /> <br />Storage of equipment during the building of roads or other developments; <br />Real estate office used for the sale of lots or housing in subdivisions; <br />Temporary storage of structures or equipment (including boats and trailer houses); <br />Sheds used in conjunction with the building of a structure for such purposes as tool storage; <br />Temporary housing for use only during construction of a single family residence; <br />Other uses of a substantially similar nature. <br />Prior to the granting of a permit under this section, the owner shall record a notice to title which <br />indicates the restrictions and removal requirements.
