2023 Docket Enabling Ordinance December 19, 2023 <br />Page 202 <br /> <br /> <br />The notice shall include and agreement and affirmation from the property owner that the lots will remain under single ownership unless the building and property are brought into compliance with all <br />building, zoning, subdivision, and other applicable codes. The notice shall bear the notarized signature of the property owner and a copy of the recorded notice shall be provided to Kittitas County Community Development Services. The recording of a notice of lot line encroachment shall only have the effect of modifying the minimum side or rear yard requirements for the common lot line and all other requirements of this title, including density requirements, shall remain in full force and effect.
