The notice shall bear the notarized signature of the property owner and a copy of the recorded notice shall be provided to Kittitas County Community Development Services. The recording of a notice of lot line encroachment shall only have the effect of modifying the minimum side or rear yard requirements for the common lot line and all other requirements of this title, including density requirements, shall remain in full force and effect.
