FXHIRIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />• Conduct polygraph examinations of applicants for employment or reserve service <br />upon request by the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office. <br />• Prepare and convey reports of those polygraph findings and applicant evaluations <br />to the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office. <br />• These evaluations shall be conducted in compliance with, and as mandated by, the <br />provisions of RCW 43.101.095(2)(a)(iii), and WAC 139-07-040, and any provision <br />now in existence or enacted during the period of this Professional Services <br />Agreement, including any extension thereof. All materials related to the <br />examination and its results are confidential pursuant to WAC 139-07-040(1)(d) <br />and shall be treated as such and secured in a manner consistent with any <br />applicable state and federal statutes and regulations, including the means of <br />providing such results or materials to the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office. The <br />contractor is solely responsible for implementation of such safeguards and for <br />any breach or violation thereof. <br />• Warrant that he or she is familiar and in compliance with the standards referenced <br />above and incorporated herein by reference. <br />The services stated above will be conducted at the Contractor's place of business. The <br />Contractor will not utilize an automobile, whether owned, non -owned, hired or leased, to <br />provide these services for Kittitas County. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />
