EXHI rAlr <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />ln addilion to prcividing all material and labor the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />r Conduct psychological evaluations including related interviews of applicanls foremploymenl or reserye servrce upon requestby the Kittitas County Sfreritfs Office. <br />' Prepare and convey report$ o-f those psychological findings and applicantevaluations to the Kittitas County $heriffs Office. <br />' These evaluations shall be conrJu-cted in compliance with, and as mandated by,the provisions of RCW 43.101.09i(zxaxiii), and wAc 1gb-02-0g0, <br />"na "nyprovision nor,v in extstence or enacted ciuring the period of this proiessional <br />Services Agreement, rncluding any extension tneieot. <br />r Warrant that he or she is familiar with and in compliance with the standards <br />referenced above and incorporated herein by reference. <br />r Provide confidenttal wellness visits and telephone foltow-ups, critical incident <br />stress or post officer involved shooting debriefings, or other appropriatJ <br />employee $uppCIrt as requested <br />r Provide professtonal consultatron servtces upon request to the Kittitas CountySheriffs Offrce" <br />The services stated above wilt be conducted at the Contractofs plaoe of business, on site,or at an mutually agreeable alternalive iocalron if warranted or appropdate.
