Waiver of any breach or condition of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of anyprior or subsequent breach. No terms or conditions of this Agreement shall be held to be

<br />30. Survival:
<br />The provisions of paragraphs 7, g, 11, 13, j4, 1|s, 16, 17,18, 1g, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 2s, 29,31, and 32, shall survive, notwithstanding the termination or invalidity of this Agreement foiany reason.

<br />n the performance of this Agreement, the contractor will not
<br />discriminate against any emproyee or applicant for employment on thegrounds of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation,
<br />marital status, age or the presence of any sensory, mental orphysical handicap; provided that the prohibition agiinst discriminationin employment because of handicap shall not apfty if the particulardisability prevents the proper performance of the particular worker
