(250 words max.) <br />HopeSource will provide case management for tenants as in-kind support for the project. <br />HopeSource staff will provide services that include trauma-informed case management; crisis <br />counseling; planning and support for timely resolution of a housing crisis; development of a <br />housing and employment stability plan; support in moving into permanent housing; <br />reunification with family or friends to secure or stabilize housing; and connecting clients to <br />mainstream and community-based services, financial counseling, energy assistance, food, <br />clothing, legal, and employment and education services. <br />14
