Reimbursement procedu res. <br />and Program Responsibilities <br />Contract Purpose <br />The purpose of thisAgreement is to fund and support the program services described in the attached <br />Statement of Work. The contract term begins October 1, 2023 and expires June 30, 2025. <br />2. Funding <br />As of October '1, 2023lhe rates paid to the County will be the rate calculated for State Fiscal year <br />(sFY) 2024-202s. <br />3. Statement of Work <br />As of October 1,2023, the County is responsible for adhering to the requirements described in Exhibit <br />B: Statement of Work - Evidence Based Expansion. <br />4.
