Work involving mechanical <br />and electrical scope consist of: <br /> <br />Main Jail: <br /> Remove/replace doors (with ADA door operators) <br /> Replace fire sprinkler systems <br /> Repair dry pipe fire sprinkler system <br /> Mop Room/Kitchen-repair pipe leaks and relocate electrical items on kitchen side of wall work <br /> Recreation yard-provide new stairwell heater <br /> Recreation yard-provide new heaters in mechanical/electrical spaces <br /> Recreation-improve drainage <br /> Recreation yard-repair damaged ceilings below yards <br /> <br />Jail Annex: <br /> Install new secure enclosure at control station <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />General: Our scope of work is for systems covered under Division 21 (fire sprinkler), Division 22 <br />(plumbing), Division 23 (HVAC), Division 26 (electrical power, lighting), Division 27 (low voltage systems), <br />and Division 28 (security, fire alarm) of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) Manual of Practice. <br /> <br />Predesign Phase: Provide site visit to review existing conditions, develop concepts to resolve areas <br />requiring renovations, and develop cost estimates for each area of work. We will provide a written <br />narrative describing the mechanical and electrical work for each area. No design drawings are included <br />in this phase. <br />
