BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2023- <br />TO AWARD THE BID FOR MANUFACTURED HOME, BARN, ARENA, AND GARAGE <br />DEMOLITION AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS WATER RESOURCE MANAGER <br />TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />WHEREAS: A Small Works Solicitation was issued on October 16, 2023, to contractors listed on the <br />Small Works Roster that participated in a project site visit on January 19, 2023, for <br />manufactured home, barn, arena, and garage demolition; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened publicly on October 30, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at the Kittitas County <br />Public Works Office; and <br />WHEREAS: The proposed demolition project is budgeted in the Flood Control Zone District's 2023 <br />budget; and <br />WHEREAS: Six (6) bids were received for the prescribed work.
