This <br />acquisition will result in the removal of 3 floodway structures. FCZD staff presented a <br />buyout program option to the Elk Meadows HOA leadership, concerning properties <br />accessed by the McElroy Road bridge. The HOA chose instead to upgrade the bridge. <br />The Flood control zone District annually sends letters to landowners in repetitive loss <br />areas. <br />No change.
