<br />2023-10-10 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br />DISCUSSION – SALARY SURVEY <br />HR Director Killgore presented the Board with a draft salary schedule. The Board discussed the <br />draft and how positions might fall within the various pay grades. The Board will continue to <br />review the draft schedule and discuss at the next study session. <br />HR MONTHLY METRICS <br />Director Killgore presented the Board with the September HR metrics.
