BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSII <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2016- 00' <br />MAKING NEW NOISE ORDINANCE EFFECTIVE <br />AND DIRECTING AMENDMENT TO COUNTY CODE <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners passed Ordinance 2016-02, <br />amending the county noise regulations, on February 2, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, said proposed noise ordinance was sent to the Department of Ecology for review <br />pursuant to RCW 70.107.060(3) and WAC 173-60-110(2); and <br />WHEREAS, a letter from the Department of Ecology, dated March 17, 2016, was received <br />expressing no concern with the County's proposed noise regulations, a true and <br />correct copy of which is attached hereto as "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br />BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED that the Kittitas County Information Technology Department is <br />to amend Chapter 9.45 KCC to read as found in "Exhibit A" to Ordinance 2016-02, amendment <br />to which the Board already approved. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the effective date of such new regulation shall be the some <br />as the execution of this Ordinance. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Prosecuting Attorney's Office is charged with <br />correcting any scrivener's errors it notices and determines arose out of the amendment and <br />enactment process. No further authorization will be required from the Board of County <br />Commissioners for the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to effect correction of scrivener's errors <br />relating to this Ordinance and the Prosecuting Attorney's Office shall direct Information <br />Technology to make such needed corrections. <br />ADOPTED this .
