OCTOBER 5, 2023 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Chris Whitsett, <br />Inspector – KCSO; Chris Horner, Civil Deputy Prosecutor III; Amy <br />Cziske, Treasurer; Clay Myers, Sheriff. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 2:30 p.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />an Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency, for 15 minutes. Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 2:45 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
