travelers are finding that hotels with character located near restaurants and shops are more <br />appealing than standard hotels. <br />The community should also explore some creative meeting space that would accompany the <br />hotel. This could be part of the oommunity center mentioned in a prior recornmendution or a <br />stand alone creatively adapted facility. Ideally, the meeting facility would be able to <br />accommodate more guests than the hotel itself to drive traffic to other accommodations in the <br />community.
