DCW Cost Management <br />City of Ellensburg <br />Unity Park <br />50% Construction Documents Cost Plan May 2,2023 5 <br />Scope of Work <br />Project Scope Descrrption <br />The project comprises cost planning for the Unity Park located at 400 N Pearl Street in Ellensburg, WA. <br />The intended design package consists of new construction of a park within Ellensburg's downtown historic district boundary. The <br />park is intended to host a range of performances and events throughout the year while also serving daily activities as the downtown <br />'living room'. Primary program elements include a new comfod station building, permanent stage, <br />'nteractive <br />water feature, informal <br />seating, and planting. <br />The cost report is based on the following documents: <br />- 230329_Unity Park - 50% CDs, dated 3.28.23. <br />- 230329_Unity Park Landscape lmprovemenis Narrative, dated 3.29.23 <br />- 230106_Unity Park - Light Fixture Cutsheets, received 3.30.23. <br />- 230106_Unity Park - Light Fixture Schedule, dated 3.30.23. <br />lt is anticipated that the project will be delivered by the typical low-bid method. lt is expected there will be 4 to 5 qualified General <br />Contractors to maintain competitive pricing. lf the projeci is delayed for any reason, cost modifications will be required. <br />Projoot <br />,Procurement
