RUBY, STE. #1 <br />ELLENSBURG, WA 98926 <br />The intent of this call for quotations (bids) is to purchase Snow and Ice Control Products for the Calendar <br />Year 2024 (January 1 - December 31). The material is to be delivered, upon order by Kittitas County to <br />the following locations. <br />Deliverv Locations: <br />Five (5) mile Radius of Cle Elum Shop, 51 #5 Mine Road, Cle Elum, WA98922 - Delivery of <br />Items 2 and 3 Onlv at this location <br />Five (5) mile Radius of Kittitas County Shop, 14th & Okanogan, Ellensburg, WA 98926 - <br />Delivery of Items 1.2 and 3 at this location <br />GENERAI,PRODUCT SPECIF'ICATIONS <br />The products to be bid are based on the Clear Roads Snow and Ice Control Chemical Products, <br />Specifications and Test Protocols. The mission of the Clear Roads QPL is to "strive to serve the <br />traveling public by evaluating and establishing specifications for products used in winter maintenance <br />that emphasize safety, environmental preservation, infrastructure protection, cost-effectiveness and <br />performance.". <br />Due to the administrative restructuring of the Pacific Northwest Snowfighters (PNS) organization, <br />Clear Roads has assumed responsibility of the Qualified Products List. The product testing and <br />administration of the QPL will remain essentially the same along with a few process improvements. <br />The QPL is composed of products that have been tested and found to be in conformance with PNS <br />established specifications.
