17.08.485 Shooting range. <br />"Shooting range" means an area or facility designated or operated for archery (ncluding crossbows), <br />and/or the discharging and operation of lawfully possessed, lawful firearms, as defined in RCW <br />Chapter 9,41; with the exception of: <br />1. Any law enforcement or military shooting range; or <br />2. lncidentaltarget practice areas on private property. <br />(Qrd. 2013-001 ,2013; Ord. 2009-25, 2009) <br />17.08.487 Sending site. <br />"Sending site" means designated lot or lots from where landowners may sell their development <br />rights in exchange for placing a conservation easement on the property. (Ord. 2009-25, 2009) <br />1 7.08.490 Small-scale event facility. <br />"Small-scale event facility" means a facility that is open to the public for events, seminart wedding or <br />other social gatherings.
