(QLd-?01*4-0 1 5, 201 4:) <br />17.08.256 Farm Stands. <br />"Farm stands" means a temporary use which is primarily engaged in the sale of fresh agricultural <br />products, grown on- or off-site, but may include limited prepackaged food products and nonfood <br />items. This use is to be seasonal in duration, open for the duration of the local harvest season. <br />Enhanced agricultural sales are allowed. (Ad*&!l"U!, 2015; Otd-2-AH.0ll , ?014; Ord. 2013-001, <br />201 3; Ord. 2007 -22, 2007) <br />17.08.260 Feedlot. <br />"Feedlot" means any area used for the continuous feeding of five hundred 500 or more head of <br />cattle destined for slaughter, confined at a density of less than five hundred 500 square feet per head <br />on a year round basis. "Forestry" means the management, growing and harvesting of forest products, <br />including but not limited to fuel woods, cones, Christmas trees, salal, berries, ferns, greenery, <br />mistletoe, herbs, and mushrooms in accordance with the Washington Forest Practices Act of 1974 as <br />amended, and regulations adopted pursuant thereto. <br />(Ord. 2013--00f , 2013) <br />Repealed by Ord. 2009-25. (Ord.2009-25, 2009; Ord. 200113 (pan), 2001) <br />1 7.08.261 A Forest product processing. <br />"Forest product processing" means the harvesting and commercial production of forest products <br />including but not limited to saw mills, chippers, log softing and storage. (Orcl, 2013-001 ,2013) <br />17,08.2618 Forest product sales. <br />"Forest product sales" means wholesaling and retailing of vegetation from forest lands including but <br />not limited to fuel woods, cones, Christmas trees, salal, berries, ferns, greenery, mistletoe, herbs, and <br />mushrooms, (Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br />17.08.261C Freighting and trucking yard or terminal. <br />"Freighting and trucking yard or terminal" means an area in which trucks, tractor and/or trailer units, <br />and semitrailers are parked for seventy two (72) hours or less, and dispatched. (Ord. 2013-00!,2A13) <br />17.08.262 Golf course. <br />"Golf course" means a recreational facility designed and developed for golf activities. May include as <br />accessory uses a pro shop, snack bar (not including restaurants), and caddy shack/maintenance <br />buildings. {4d..:!13:001 , 2013; Ord. 2007 -22, 2007) <br />17.08.262A Grade. <br />"Grade" means the lowest point of elevation of the finished surface of the ground, paving, or <br />sidewalk within the area between the building and the property line or, when the property line is <br />more than five (5) feet from the building, between the building and a line five (5) feet from the <br />bu i l di ns. (odJO13 -001, 2013) <br />17.08.2628 Grading <br />"Grading" means all cuts, fills, embankments, stockpile areas, and equipment maneuvering areas <br />associated with development.
