a, Manufactured home parks shall require approvalof a binding site plan <br />pursuant to KCC Title 16. <br />b, Manufactured home park density shall not to exceed twelve (12) units per <br />acre. A minimum of five (5) manufactured home spaces shall be required <br />per park. <br />c.
