EXHIBIT "B'' <br />COMPENSATION <br />Year 2 invoice schedule - period of performance between August 1 , 2021 to July 2022 - <br />The award is contingent upon NACCHO receiving the approval of no cost extension <br />award from CDC- NACCHO will issue a contract modification to extend the period of <br />performance and increase funding to obligate to Contractor. <br />Compensation based on prorated activity completion (above delivery schedule per <br />NACCHO contract).
