PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Contract Amendment #2 <br />This contract amendment extends and modifies the Agreement made by and <br />between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") and Robin Read (hereinafter <br />"Contracto/') executed on 1110112020 that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by <br />this reference. Section 12 of that Agreement, allows for modifications that are written and <br />are mutually agreed to by both parties. The County and Contractor agree to the following <br />amendments: <br />The term of the Agreement is extended through January 31,2022. Any party <br />may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days' notice in writing either personally <br />delivered or mailed postage-prepaid by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the party's <br />last known address for the purposes of giving notice under this paragraph. <br />ln addition, the compensation for satisfactory performance of the work shall be <br />increased to $85.00 per hourfrom January 1,2022fowvard. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 1
