Contract Amendment #2 <br />This contract amendment modifies the Agreement made by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafte! l'1!" County") and 509 Facility Services (hereinafter "Contractor,,) <br />executed on 1211412020 that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference. <br />Section 12 of that Agreement allows for modifications that are written and are mutually <br />agreed to by both parties. The County and Contractor agree to the following amendments: <br />The compensation for cleaning services shall be increased to $30.00 per hour.
