State Supported, Regionally Coordinated, Locully <br />Implemented. <br />Definition: Mass vaccination clinics defined as those <br />or,rtside oJ'the usual healthcare delivety. methad such as <br />pop-up clinics, nzobile clinics, non- clinicalfacility <br />(fairgrounds, aren as, etc.). <br />Leaders Intent abottt this workfrom DOH is included as an <br />attachnzent. <br />Guidance on vaccination protocols must be followed as <br />provided b1t DOH and CDC. <br />Locql health jurisdiction (LHJ) w,ill coordinate planning <br />and intplementation of mass vaccination clinics/sites <br />provided within tlte counQ,$) with a regional incident <br />managemetxt teant/organization as approved by DOH. <br />Request for regional IMT should be subntitted through the <br />normal process through IilebEOC. <br />Local health jurisdiction is tlte coordinating agencyfor the <br />mass vaccination plan utithin the county. <br />Regional IMT will be zmder the delegatiort authoritv of <br />DOH and th.e1t ays to pt'ovide support and coordination for <br />all efforts around vaccine planning, resource support and <br />general guidance and infonnation sharing in order to <br />r e gion a I I y c o or din at e effo rt s.
