RESOLUTION <br />xo. iozr- j?5 <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE <br />PROF'ESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT <br />BOARD OF' COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF'KITTITAS <br />STATE OF'WASHINGTON <br />BOARD OF CO COMMISSIONERS <br />WA <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and 509 Facility Services entered into a professional services <br />agreement in December 2020 for the cleaning and decontamination of isolation <br />housing; and <br />WHEREAS, due to the continued high case rates of COVID-I9 in Kittitas County, there is a <br />continued need for the cleaning and decontamination of isolation housing; and <br />WHEREAS, both parties desire to continue the agreement and amend it by agreeing to extend <br />the terms of the agreement to October 1,2022, and remove the need for 30 day <br />renewal periods.
