"Bu ing s or professional f r e" means an office wherein business, <br />technical or scientific services are rendered layolvinalabot, skill education and SpeciaJ knowledge fbr <br />certain co ensa io or rofit but such labor s i l ucation and special knowledge being <br />predominantlymental intellectual, rather than 12hysical, manual or mercantile in nature. Examples would include but not be limited to the following es of services: <br />barber, beautidan,masseur, ,and steam and sauna baths <br />"Places of assembly" means a structure for groupk of people to gather for an event ,or regularly <br />scheduled progrpm. Examples. include but are not limited to arenas, religious „institutions, lecture bells, <br />banquet facilities and similar facilities. <br />"Public_aggnc; or utilily office" means a buildlna or portion thereof used primarily for adm_in_istration, <br />ur os s by a public anency or utilit . <br />"Recreation - indoor commercial" means a commercial recreation land use conducted entirel w' hi <br />a building, including. but not .limited for athletic and ,health„clubs. of or billiard halls. skating rinks, <br />swimming pools, and tennis courts. <br />"Recreation - .outdoor commercial'_' means a commercial recreation land use conducted ,primarily <br />oors including, but not imited o w er parks, amusement parh, and miniature golf courses <br />"Regional retail commercial" refer ny use which involves tbg—djspl@y and sale of retail conkumer <br />goods as part of a regional retail master site plan.
