AN APPROVED ACCESS PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FROM THE DEPARTMENT <br />OF PUBLIC WORKS PRIOR TO CREATING ANY NEW DRIVEWAY ACCESS OR <br />PERFORMING WORK WITHIN THE COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY. <br />6.
