New Roof Top Unit Updates: Patti informed the Board the new units will be installed the first week of <br />November and are scheduled to take three days with a full mobile crane. <br />On -Call Architect Project Updates: Patti informed the Board the consultants will be on site touring the <br />jail this Thursday. Patti updated the Board on a new leak found in the jail. <br />Maintenance Work Order Items: <br />1) Sheriff's Office Remodel — Patti informed the Board of the Sheriffs Office request for new placements <br />for doors. <br />2) Clerk's Office Remodel — Discussion was held on the Clerk's Office requests. <br />The Board directed staff to develop a threshold for minor maintenance requests vs. remodels and write a <br />policy. <br />Upper District Court Parking Lot Updates: Patti informed the Board the sinkhole is larger than <br />expected, the engineers are coming in to look for possible water leaks. Work has begun on improving the <br />ADA entrance. <br />North Parking Lot Updates: Patti informed the Board permit applications were turned in to the City for <br />review. Discussion was held on the possibility of needing to apply for additional permits, further <br />discussion was held on potentially grading the site. <br />Other Business Continued — No Action to be Taken: Discussion was held on establishing a timeline to <br />begin a public outreach campaign for a new Court House and possible alternative locations.
