Wrat stralegies will you enf,oy to assure ydr are attracting tourists fromat least 50 niles away? <br />Methods and strategies that pertain to the LTAC request for funds include: <br />1. Creative distribution tactics to arts organizations around the state that cater to <br />arts audiences through methods such as logo placement, print advertising, and <br />tabling opporiunities. This bypasses the assumed efficiency of social media and <br />instead goes directly to ihe consumer AND associaies us with an already trusted <br />brand (other arts organization). Goal is to reach 25,000-30,000. <br />2. Radio advertising with NWPB to reach all target markets.Announcements heard <br />on both NPR & Classical Music and NPR News services <br />in Central Washington (zane 2) on 1 0 stations and translalors, <br />announcements will also be heard in South Puget Sound on 2 stations. <br />Reaching approximately 80,000 ueekly llsteners. <br />3. Support of e*ribit e)penses such as travel, lodging, and art delivery e)eense. <br />This is capturing the spheres of influence that artists have. By eftibiting artists <br />from the region ue have newaccess to their existing spheres of influence and <br />audiences. ln addiiion, it gives us greater reach to artists wtto may need io be <br />compensated for their e&enses. This is similar to contracting with a musician or <br />performer for an event. Of the approximate 250 artists tae e*tibit a year, 30% are <br />from out of the county. lf there spheres of influence are approximated at 1 000 <br />each, our audience is 30,000. <br />4. Lease and start up fees for an online integrated ticketing system and on site <br />visitor tracking program. Through the integration of an effective audience capture <br />platform, rne will be able to target our message to audiences (through methods <br />such as lp code pulls, purchasing habits and time of year). Our hope is that by <br />using ihis method vle will increase our understanding of both our regular visitors <br />and our newvisitors. Platforms like these are pourerful tools for audience <br />evaluation and outreach. Currently we have 4500 in our database, we \ould <br />capture these as vrrell as new visitors. <br />ln addition, we will continue to post our content online io our 9,707 lrcbsite visitors, <br />the 2,856 Facebook follovrers, and 936 lnstagram followers.
