LT.2O23-O1O-HERITAGE CLUB ROSLYN RONALD CLE ELUM <br />2023 LODGING TAX SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN KTTTITAS COUNTY AND ROSTYN RONALD CLE ETUM HERITAGE CLUB <br />This Contract, effective January !, 2023 is made and entered into by and between KITTITAS <br />COUNTY ("County"), a subdivision of the State of washington, and the RosLyN RoNALD CLE ELUM <br />HERITAGE CLUB (,,Contractor,,), for the cULTURAL ToURISM oUTREACH (,,Event,,). <br />wHEREAS, the purpose of this Agreement is to provide for activities and expenditures <br />designed to increase tourism, <br />NOW THEREFoRE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, orattached and incorporated and made a part hereof, the county and the contractor mutually agree <br />as follows: <br />Section t. Score of Work. <br />contractor shall provide the services and staff described in its Application for lodging Tax <br />Funds submitted to the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee, attached hereto as Exhibit ,.A,, <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, Contractor shall furnish thefollowing as required to perform the services, described in paragraph (a) above, in <br />accordance with this Agreement: Personnel, labor and supervision; technical, professional <br />and other services. All such services, property and other items furnished or required to befurnished, together with all other obligations performed, or required to be performed, bycontractor under this Agreement are collectively referred to herein as ,,Services.,, <br />Contractor shall commence, perform, and complete such Services in accordance with <br />Exhibit "8" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference_ <br />Section & Pavment. <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the Contractor's Services, the County <br />agrees to pay contractor the sum of twenty thousand dollars (520,000.00) (Kittitas Co. <br />lodging tax funding). <br />Additional payment terms: The county will make payment to the contractor only on areimbursement basis, as receipts/invoices for any items including marketin g and/or <br />advertising are submitted to the County, not to exceed the sum of twenty thousand dollars(520,000'00) (Kittitas co lodging tax funding).
