Axon will invoice Agency the remaining MSRP for TASER 7 products received before termination. If terminating <br />for non-appropriations, Axon will not invoice Agency if Agency returns the CEW, rechargeable battery, holster, <br />dock, core, training suits, and unused cartridges to Axon within thirty (30) days of the date of termination. <br />9.3.
