PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT <br /> This contract amendment is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter referred to <br /> as "County") and Broadband Development Group Ltd (hereinafter referred to as"Contractor"). <br /> The County and the Contractor agree as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Contractor entered into a professional services contract in <br /> June of 2023; and <br /> WHEREAS, Exhibit B contemplates full compensation in the amount of$14,077.64, which is <br /> supported by the quote attached in Exhibit D; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor incurred the following additional expenses: <br /> 1. Lashing an extra span to be able to hit new building weather head <br /> 2. Extra fiber used for lashing extra span <br /> 3. Fiber distances used were for quote were estimates not accurate like in invoice <br /> 4.
