<br />09/05/2023 MINUTES 7 <br /> <br />update would be at his Finance Study Session scheduled for September 21, <br />2023. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS - NONE <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:34 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 15 minutes with Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil <br />Deputy Prosecutor, and Mark Cook, Public Works/CDS Director, under RCW <br />42.30.110 (i) to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to <br />which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency. Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:59 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
